	As the receptionist at First Rate Property Management, it is my job to coordinate customer service at the front desk. I direct incoming calls to the best person to meet your needs. I also answer your questions about our available properties and schedule showings to view these properties. I apologize in advance if you call and the auto attendant picks up. This means that I and all of the other leasing agents are all on the phone assisting others. To meet your needs, First Rate Property Management has created a very interactive website. 	As a Leasing Specialist, I primarily work with tenants in finding a new home or apartment in the Boise, Meridian, or Eagle areas. I have years of experience and enjoy the opportunity to work with people in their quest to find a new home. In addition to coordinating and communicating the day-to-day activities pertaining to our owner’s investments, I also process applications, coordinate tenant needs, enforce the rental agreement, ensure the property is taken care of, and secure long term leases and renewal nearly every day. 	I handle the marketing campaign for all of First Rate Property Management’s rental listings. First Rate Property Management posts our rental listings to over 100 websites. It is nearly impossible for anyone to do a search for a rental in the Boise area and not come across a First Rate Property Management rental Listing. With detailed rental listings that include photos and virtual tours, prospective tenants are able to view the home 24/7. I also assist in answering phone inquiries and scheduling appointments to view one of our available properties.
