If you ever have a question or concern, you can contact any of us, to include the President, at any time. If after talking to the President, and you still are not 100% satisfied with our service, First Rate Property Management will agree to allow you out of your contract, free of penalties and fees. Find another management company that will do that!

Tony Drost, MPM®,RMP®, the founder and President of First Rate Property Management, Inc was the 2005 SW Idaho NARPM Chapter President and is currently serving as an Officer of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Tony will serve as the 2011 National President of NARPM. Tony holds the Master Property Manager designation as well as the Residential Management Professional designation. First Rate Property Management is committed to ongoing education and high professional and ethical standards. The result is quality service for you and the community.

Lizz Loop, MPM® RMP®, First Rate Property Management’s General Manager, served as the 2008 SW Idaho NARPM Chapter President. Lizz too holds the Master Property Manager and Residential Management Professional designations.

In 2010, First Rate Property Management, became the 2nd company in all of Idaho to become a Certified Residential Management Company.  The criteria to earning this NARPM designation is vast and also included a two day internal audit.

Idaho currently is one of the few states that has no licensing requirements or any governing body overseeing property managers. Therefore, First Rate Property Management is dedicated to NARPM and learning from states who do have licensing and procedural requirements. Your property and your money is safe with First Rate Property Management, where there is no guarantee with many other companies in Idaho.

The NARPM designations have stringent requirements for education, experience, and service.  It takes many years of hard work to meet these requirements.  Tony and his staff travel and attend NARPM Conferences to seek additional education and to learn from other states that do have licensing and regulations over property managers.
