Tony A Drost MPM® RMP® has been purchasing his own rentals since 1990 and has continued to build is own portfolio. Tony became a sales agent specializing in investment properties to meet the needs of his property management clients. Although, Tony is a licensed real estate broker, he sells under Swope Investment Properties. Swope Investment Properties is the #1 producing company in residential income properties within the Boise area. Most of Tony’s sales are small multi-family buildings, such as duplexes, four plexes, and smaller apartment buildings.

Tony grew up in Boise, graduated from Meridian High, and currently lives in Eagle. Therefore he knows these markets very well. Tony has created a proprietary program to develop property value. This program helps Tony sell your listed properties in that it provides buyers with all the information needed to make an informed decision. Additionally, it is a great tool for buyers to compare financial performance from one property to the next. Coupled with the data analysis and Tony's experience of the area and being a landlord, Tony believes he can provide his clients with the information needed to make a well informed decision.
